Yes, we have rental trailers available.
Trailers are available at any time on a first come first serve basis, show times and weekends are our busiest
times. We do have three trailers available for rent at any given time unless they’re out on the road, of course.
The trailers are 7′ tall 6′ wide 17 hands no problem (all Aluminum) Classic model 2 horse straight load, ramp
with swing top rear doors and side escape doors. They are state inspected and maintained, also equipped
with emergency brake away systems, electric brakes and safety chains. All that you need on your vehicle is
a 7 way R.V. style plug receptacle, electric brake controller under your dash (built in on some new model
trucks) a 2″ ball with a 3″ drop hitch (average vehicle height) and the passion to do it your self!
Paperwork- well, we do require that you have insurance and take a photo copy of your card or insurance
form, also, you do need a drivers license, and we do take a copy of that too. Charges- yes we require a
deposit (check) is fine for $500.00 (deductible coverages) and we just hold that and give it back to you on
return of the trailer in original rental condition.
The rental fee is by the hour we offer an 8 hr. rate for $79.00 and a 24 hr rate for $99.00, we are flexible on
return times we do understand when horses don’t want to go where you want them to go! Contact us if you
have tried everyone else… oh yea, we are the only ones doing this…. so call us first! Sales and service too…

Several years ago, I decided to make a change! I decided that time freedom and peace of mind were more valuable than climbing the corporate ladder. I choose my own hours and spend as much time with my horses as I like. You can too! I am looking to partner with like-minded women who are ready for a change. I have to share some rather urgent news which will directly effect the UNH Equine & Dairy Programs.
UNH has what is called a “Campus Master Plan”, which is sort of a blueprint for how the university lands might best be utilized as the population continues to grow. Usually, the implementation of this vision is something which is constantly being scrutinized and changes are made slowly.
However, given the recent state budget cuts to the university, there is now a push to develop land which is CURRENTLY IN USE BY THE DAIRY AND EQUINE PROGRAMS. It is being proposed that the land be leased by the university to large chain retailers. No provision has been made to accommodate the equine or dairy programs in new locations.
The proposed development could effectively terminate all equine related activities at UNH unless funds and the land can be found for relocation.
There will be two public hearings taking place on Tuesday, April 17, from 12:40 to 2 p.m. in New Hampshire Hall, room 208, and from 4 to 5:30 p.m. in MUB Theatre II. We would be incredibly indebted to anyone who is able to attend one of these hearings to voice their support for the equine and dairy programs.
PLEASE SHARE THIS INFORMATION with ANYONE who has an interest in supporting agricultural programs at UNH. If you/they cannot attend a meeting, there is an online petition or contact key stakeholders and voice in support of these programs.
See the links below for the current hot topic and the existing Master Plan (also and online petition). The main issue people have with the current Campus Master Plan is that there is no plan for future rebuilding of Equine and Dairy facilities, compared to plans they are currently pushing for Liberal Arts buildings that include blueprints for relocating services.

The Mustang Freedom foundation (www.themustangfreedomfoundation.com) helps feral (wild) horses that have been rounded up, captured, and placed in bad situations. Many of these animals are abused, exploited, and sent to auctions where they often end up in the “kill pen”. TMFF sends as many of these horses as possible to sanctuary in Lompoc, CA, a safe and natural habitat for them to live as herds and return to their natural ways of life. TMFF has teamed up with SCENTSY to hold a fundraiser to benefit these animals’ road to freedom and safety. Shopping Scentsy is easy….go to www.andisnow.scentsy.us/buy/setupPrompt and click “Mustang Freedom Foundation” from the list of parties and fundraisers. Simply shop your favorite warmers, scent bars, and other goodies, check out, and 15% of your total PURCHASE AMOUNT will automatically be donated to TMFF. It doesn’t matter if your purchase is big or small…15% will be donated and go to helping our feral friends. Contact with any questions or input scentsational_me@yahoo.com Listed 3/28/12
